Pay Rate: $16 - 19/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers to address inquiries about products, providing exceptional service over multiple phone lines. You'll become knowledgeable about company products and pricing, utilizing a CRM system to access customer information such as purchasing history and payment records. Your responsibilities will include directing calls to the appropriate team members, processing invoices, verifying orders and shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
