Description Position Summary: Bongards Premium Cheese is looking for an exceptional individual to serve as our Accounts Payable Representative at our Corporate office in Chanhassen, MN. In order to be successful in this role, a candidate must have a keen attention to detail, flexibility, an upbeat personality and must excel at building and maintaining business relationships. Primary Responsibilities:. Support Accounts Payable department to ensure invoices are paid timely, coded correctly, reconciled accurately and in compliance. Be able to research and resolve issues with Purchase orders for automated processing Able to work with others both inside and outside the company to resolve issues. Support 1099 data recording and reporting Review invoices for compliance with Minnesota and Tennessee sales tax laws Work closely with others to make sure Purchase orders are paid correctly and timely. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Associate's Degree in Business or Finance, Bachelor's degree preferred Strong sense of initiative, ownership and responsibility. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team as an effective and positive collaborator. Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Outlook. PDF Editor a plus Experience with outside invoice processing and payments. Experience with Medius accounts payable processing a plus.
