Description

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Process Consultant with a strong focus on IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to support our client during their SAP S4/HANA implementation. This role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition into the new system and optimizing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects within the IBP module.

• Provide expert guidance on the impact of defect resolution on business processes and recommend necessary improvements or changes.

• Facilitate ongoing Voice of the Customer (VOC) sessions with business users to gather feedback and identify areas for process improvement.

• Prioritize feedback and incorporate it into the improvement roadmap.

• Support seamless integration and troubleshooting of data flows between IBP and other systems, including SACP, S4/HANA, and RDP.

• Identify and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.

• Collaborate with the Market Segment team to implement necessary changes to data flows within the IBP system.

• Ensure that data flows align with the evolving needs of the business.

• Analyze current forecasting processes and system design to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Implement changes to enhance forecasting accuracy and support SACP forecasting processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Process Consultant with a strong focus on IBP.

• Deep understanding of SAP IBP functionality, including demand planning, supply planning, and response planning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong understanding of data flows and integrations between IBP and other systems.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SACP is a plus.
