Job Description:
A member of the Practice Solutions Team this job works closely with the Regional Business Development Officer (RBDO). Once new business relationships have been identified and established by the RBDO, the Relationship Account Officer (RAO) is responsible for soliciting new business from established sources, designing and implementing appropriate sales programs for the client, collecting and preparing the financial package for submission to underwrite for approval, and closing loans. Key responsibilities include providing financial solutions to meet client’s business needs and help them build, grow, and expand their practice
Responsibilities:
Manages the end-to-end process in Practice Solutions by packaging transactions for underwriting and providing specialized financing solutions to select small business owners
Builds and deepens relationships based on the client's financial needs and goals
Delivers an exceptional client experience by focusing on helping clients build, grow, and expand their business
Interacts with multiple departments to support client in closing of the loans
Responsible for managing backlog of prospecting clients
Required Qualifications:
Strong decision‐making skills and problem‐solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with PC applications
Self-motivated and results oriented with excellent organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience working in a fast‐paced environment as part of a larger team
Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions
