We are seeking a qualified Pipe Foreman for a project in Chandler, AZ . We offer competitive pay, based on experience, the range of pay will be $36.00/h-$40.00/h. Opportunity to transfer to other projects in the area once this project is complete.

As a Pipe Foreman for our Civil District you will contribute to our team by:

• Doing layout, set elevations and grading.

• Installing of mechanical piping and supports.

• Having experience in the installation of carbon steel piping and Victaulic couplings, fittings experience with Copper piping a plus.

• Reading /Interpreting: contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings

• Responsibility for crew and productivity

• Able to install different types of pipe material (Ductile, PVC, C-900, sewer)

• Follow and enforce HSE requirements

• Shoot elevations and grades as needed

What you will bring to the role:

•Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pipe-fitter /mechanical trade

•Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

•Able to create a safe working environment, and understands OSHA regulations

•Ability to take off and communicate tool and material requirements to the supervisor

•Must have experience in carbon steel, copper (soldering, brazing) and PVC installations

•Must have experience setting mechanical equipment including Clarifier equipment, pumps

•Ability to set up and perform piping tests

•Must have reliable transportation to job-site

•Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others

•Must be able to pass a drug test and a physical.
