Job Description

Insight Global Health is looking for a 5 Phlebotomists in the Chandler, AZ area. These Phlebotomists play a crucial role in the eco-system of the hospital by ensuring that blood samples are collected safely and efficiently. The Phlebotomists will be responsible for providing blood draws and lab tests ran for ER and in-patient units. Job responsibilities will include proper labeling, storing, and ensuring all samples are sent to the appropriate location. Additionally, because of patient acuity, as a Phlebotomist on this team, you will be responsible for working with patients to remain calm during the process as well as comfortable with environments that include IVs and breathing machines. This role has varying pay that ranges based on years of experience starting at $18/hr on contract prior to client conversion.

Shifts:

3x9 9p 6:30a

3x8 11p -7:30a

3x8 5a 1:30p

 Full time for this team is 24 hours required to work 2 weekend shifts a month (Sat and Sunday)

Skills and Requirements

- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist: Flexibility in years of experience

o Outpatient Clinic accepted

- Completed education course with a certification and externship at a facility for minimum 4 weeks - Hospital Experience

- Bilingual

- Cerner Millennium EMR null
