Robert Half PC Technician in Chandler, Arizona

Description We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team in the Internet Service Provider industry, based in Chandler, Arizona. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware, utilizing various technologies to ensure smooth operations, and working with different types of computers. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to computer hardware and systems.

• Utilize Dell and IBM technologies in the maintenance and repair of computer systems.

• Work with Linux technologies to ensure the smooth running of systems.

• Maintain and repair Mac computers to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct AB Testing to improve system performance.

• Utilize Active Directory for managing networked resources.

• Troubleshoot and maintain Apple devices to ensure their functionality.

• Implement backup technologies to safeguard important data.

• Install cables as required for system functionality.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work conducted. Requirements • Possess a strong understanding of Computer Hardware

• Demonstrated experience with Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in IBM systems

• Familiarity with Linux Technologies

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac Computers

• Knowledge of AB Testing procedures

• Experience with Active Directory

• Proficient in managing Apple Devices

• Familiarity with various Backup Technologies

• Ability to perform Cable Installation tasks

• Proven ability to work in a team and independently

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological developments

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
