Description We are on the hunt for a proficient PC Technician to be part of our team in the Internet Service Provider industry. Located in Chandler, Arizona, this role entails the provision of technical support, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of computer systems. It offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the primary focus will be on tasks related to computer hardware, Dell Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, Mac Computers, and AB Testing.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently handle troubleshooting, installation, and repair tasks related to computer hardware and software.

• Ensure efficient installation and configuration of Dell Technologies and IBM systems.

• Provide technical support related to Linux Technologies, facilitating seamless operations.

• Manage Mac Computers, ensuring their proper functioning and addressing any technical issues.

• Conduct AB Testing to optimize user experience and system performance.

• Implement Active Directory services for efficient management of network resources.

• Handle Apple Devices, ensuring their efficient operation and troubleshooting any issues.

• Oversee Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and availability.

• Manage Cable Installation, ensuring network connectivity across the organization.

• Provide technical support, ensuring the swift resolution of any issues to minimize downtime. Requirements • Proficient in Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Experience with IBM solutions

• Knowledge of Linux Technologies

• Ability to work with Mac Computers

• Experience in conducting AB Testing

• Proficient in Active Directory management

• Experience with Apple Devices
