Work for one of the biggest financial institutions in the world! Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Onboarding/Maintenance Analyst in Chandler, AZ. This position is a 12-month hybrid opportunity $18.10 per hour, with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process and research account maintenance service requests.

  • Enable banking capabilities for Merrill Lynch branch offices.

  • Resolve service issues and ensure top-tier client service.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple client requests.

  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently.

  • Communicate professionally via phone/email.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a high-productivity environment.

  • Experience with handling complex client requests.

  • Proven history of accuracy and ownership.

Pay Details: $18.10 per hour
