Location: WellSpan Medical Group, Chambersburg, PA

Schedule: Full Time

General Summary

Provides a wide range of preventive and acute health care services to individuals of all ages. The Physician performs acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures.

Position Highlights:

  • Looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible otolaryngologist to join a thriving practice in Chambersburg, PA

  • Position is design for practice growth to deliver ENT care to the Waynesboro, Pennsylvania community

  • This established collegial team consists of 3 physicians and 5 physician assistants

  • Perform Surgeries at Chambersburg Hospital, Waynesboro Hospital and Roy Himmelfarb Surgery Center in Chambersburg

  • Large referral base from both specialties and primary care physicians

  • Call shared equally among providers for reasonable call to ensure lifestyle balance

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or

  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

  • Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Boarded in appropriate specialty. Upon Hire Required and

  • Completion of a residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Teaching skills.

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.

  • Good phone skills.

  • Excellent Customer Service.

  • Organized, sets priorities, and able to multi-task.
