Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Follow all safety and company policies and procedures including maintaining good housekeeping, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately. Complete online safety training each month as assigned. Level and parallel rolls, make all required settings and adjustments for optimum equipment performance to manufacture quality products. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify mechanical/electrical issues or concerns and disassemble, repair, replace bearings, seals, gears, etc., as needed. Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and in accordance with Company guidelines. Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical problems of plant machinery using precision maintenance techniques and follow up with work orders to ensure proper repairs. Perform maintenance functions and troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PMs. Work within specifications and drawings, ensuring completion, minimizing waste within set dates and times. Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve operational results. Work with the maintenance crew on mechanical, fabrication, plumbing, and welding projects. Comply with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including federal and/or state-required environmental systems, OSHA Safety and Health rules, fire and electrical safety codes, and standard operating procedures. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, employees, and vendors. Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a permanent position- direct hire position
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
A forward-thinking team with a family feel, culture of excellence, and customer-focused reliability. 1 opening on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 2 openings on 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The 3rd shift may require additional hours during the week, including staying later or coming in earlier than scheduled. The 2nd shift may work on Sundays from approximately 12pm-4/5pm.
