Hiring a Lead Restoration Technician!

Seeking an experinced restoration technician in the Warmister area paying up to $25 an hour.

Job Description:

• Lead and execute mitigation efforts for water, fire, and smoke damage in residential and commercial properties.

• Supervise and train a team of technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.

• Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, water extractors, and cleaning tools.

• Coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.

• Document all work performed, including detailed reports and photographs, for insurance and client records.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) or similar.

• Proven experience in restoration work, and being a lead/leader in a team setting.

• Proficiency with mitigation equipment and techniques.

• Experience with moisture mapping and thermal imaging.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
