We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our talented team.
Responsibilities
- Entering orders for replacement parts and service
- Responding to customer requests for parts and service and sending out quotes.
- Proactively soliciting inquiries and orders from existing customers.
- Expediting customer orders, providing current status and shipping / tracking information
- Actively updating and accurately maintaining ERP system.
- Having a solid technical knowledge or ability to learn of vehicle parts and services.
Assisting Accounts Receivable with specific collection issues related to customer orders Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Would be beneficial to be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical layout drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems; Syteline experience a plus. What we offer:
