Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality assurance efforts, including implementing processes, managing compliance, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to internal and external standards. This role will focus on maintaining the quality of products and services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and achieving ISO certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System (QMS) Development & Implementation:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO standards and best practices.

  • Update quality assurance policies and procedures as needed.

  • Lead efforts to establish and maintain ISO certification.

  • Supplier Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct audits and evaluations of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

  • Develop supplier quality assurance processes, performance metrics, and improvement plans.

  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Production Oversight & Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee quality assurance during final assembly and integration processes, ensuring all components meet specifications.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with quality standards across all production stages.

  • Provide technical guidance to final assembly teams to meet quality objectives.

  • Quality Control & Process Improvement:

  • Implement systems to identify, address, and prevent quality issues.

  • Document and refine quality control procedures for all assembly operations.

  • Lead root cause analysis for quality incidents and develop process improvements to prevent recurrence.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client specifications throughout supply chain and production processes.

  • Stay updated on industry standards to maintain compliance.

  • Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead quality assurance activities, coordinating between operations teams.

  • Mentor and train personnel to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or rail industries.

  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 certification and quality management systems.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

  • Experience in supplier quality assurance and conducting audits.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), or equivalent certifications preferred.
