We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Transportation Administration Team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by handling driver log data entry, payroll preparation, and customer service support. If you’re bilingual in Spanish, tech-savvy, and have a strong work ethic, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company!

What You’ll Do:

✔ Accurately enter driver log and customer data into our ERP system.

✔ Prepare and submit payroll files to ensure drivers are paid on time.

✔ Assist in customer service—helping resolve issues and inquiries, especially for Spanish-speaking drivers and clients.

✔ Process invoices with precision and efficiency.

✔ Support the Transportation Team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

✅ Bilingual in Spanish – essential for communicating with drivers and customers.

✅ Strong attention to detail – accuracy is key!

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word – plus 10-key by touch skills.

✅ Ability to work independently while being a team player.

✅ A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong work ethic.
