Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support development, sustainment, and fielding of Army tactical RF, EW and C5ISR systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate across the Product Manager team to provide RF, EW and C5ISR engineering expertise for antenna systems, frequency propagation, and RF performance measurements including such activities as:
Preform RF, EW and C5ISR front end and antenna modeling
Assess RF, EW and C5ISR performance with software
Support system test planning, execution and RF, EW and C5ISR performance metrics and measurments
Support integration of RF, EW and C5ISR capabilities into the lager systems including interface with system software.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Journeyman Level
BS (MS preferred) in Electrical Engineering or similar field
5+ years’ experience in RF system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis of RF, EW and C5ISR systems, antennas and associated equipment
Senior Level
BS (MS preferred) in Electrical Engineering or similar field
8+ years’ experience in RF system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis of RF, EW and C5ISR systems, antennas and associated equipment
Each level must include one or more of each of these below (Clearance a must)
Experience in the development of test plans, procedures and schedules, conducting tests, and generating reports detailing laboratory and field tests/demonstrations.
Experience in writing test procedures and data analysis, including performance testing.
Experience with software intensive tactical and C5ISR systems. Demonstrated expertise in EW, RF theory, antennas, hardware M&S capabilities, etc.
A thorough understanding of RFCM systems and subsystems
Experience in the preparation of technical reports, technical briefings, technical drawings, performance work statements, system developmental schedules, performance specifications, and requirements documentation, and in presenting results to senior management
Must have a current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level security clearance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
5+ years’ experience in RF system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis of RF, EW and C5ISR systems, antennas and associated equipment.
Current/active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
