Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Medical Compliance Manager to join our team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management and execution of a complex program delivering medical services and compliance inspection services for rapidly evolving Department of Homeland Security, Immigrations & Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Customs & Border Patrol (CBP) holding/detention/ deportation mission requirements. You will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure all medical services and compliance inspections are executed efficiently, meeting resource requirements, quality and safety standards, deliverable deadlines, and financial requirements. You will coordinate medical requirements within the program management office and synchronize those services with each site detention facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Execution. Developing medical plans, compliance inspections/audits, schedules, budgets, and strategies. Develop corrective action strategies to address compliance inspection discrepancies. Ensure program milestones and contract deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with desired quality. Coordinate activities across different teams or departments involved in the program. This includes coordination with external medical and 1st response units supporting Parsons detention facilities.
Stakeholder Management. Serve as the key medical point of contact for internal/external stakeholders. Communicate program status, issues, and achievements to stakeholders. Work to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the program.
Risk & Opportunity Management. Identify potential environmental and preventive medicine risks to workforce and detainee health safety. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and action opportunities.
Resource Allocation. Assist in allocating resources (e.g., personnel, budget) efficiently across projects within the program. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary.
Quality Assurance. Ensure all aspects of the medical program are executed according to established standards and practices. The center piece of the quality program will be compliance with National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC)ACA, ICE, CBP, State detention facility standards as applied to contractual requirements. Implement continuous improvement processes throughout the lifecycle of the program.
Reporting. Prepare reports on program progress, challenges, and outcomes for senior management. Analyze data to provide insights into performance improvements or adjustments needed.
Team Leadership. Support in leading and motivating team members involved in the program. Facilitate collaboration among team members, corporate service centers, and external stakeholders to achieve program/project objectives.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in corrections, medical administration, project management, or related field (Master’s degree may be preferred).
15+ years of proven experience in corrections as a warden, deputy warden, or medical administrator roles.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in both technical and non-technical project work.
Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Successfully complete an ICE background check.
Ability to travel within the continental US approximately 25%.
Ability to work remotely.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Strong experience with detention medical services / compliance programs and leading multi-disciplinary teams in accomplishing rapidly evolving mission requirement.
An understanding of ICE and CBP federal detention and deportation processes is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:
$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
