Papa John's International Director of Operations - Birmingham Alabama in Centreville, Alabama

quality service. We are currently looking for an individual to fill our Director of Operations position in Central Florida.

This position will be responsible for managing several locations in Alabama

The Director of Operations Leads a team of General Managers for corporate restaurant operations within an area consisting of several restaurants ensuring people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image management, restaurant profitability, and assimilation into Papa John's culture.

Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate exemplary managerial and operations skills including making a quality product and ensuring safe speed of service; adhering to and ensuring compliance with Your Papa Johns policies, practices, and procedures by effectively utilizing company resources, managing training, providing necessary guidance, and regularly visiting in their restaurants; monitoring proper delivery market sizes; remaining current on operational changes, deploying changes and developing strong working relationships with Your Papa Johns departments and operations team. Provide quality customer service to build and maintain a customer base; and maintain a strong presence in the community; professionally and promptly respond to customer concerns or issues including customer complaints and ensure appropriate and timely resolution of customer concerns or issues.

Set the tone for a high-performing, positive, and quality-focused market by recruiting, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best operations leaders in the industry; maintain adequate staffing levels; communicate performance expectations and conduct performance reviews; document performance issues and take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination; coach and develop team members by assessing development markets and establishing development plans.

Identify new opportunities for sales growth then create a vision for the market's direction; implement effective targeted marketing and corporate developmental strategies and plans to meet or exceed financial and business objectives; support market and company direction; and monitor the execution of the plans and adjusts as necessary.

Oversee financial goals through effective use of discretionary budgets and expenditures; participate in marketing co-ops, make informed decisions, and evaluate operations' profitability and effectiveness by creating and analyzing various reports, key measures, trends, budgets, comparables, manpower assessments, and calendars to plan ongoing strategies. Perform checks at locations, work on remodeling needs; work with corporate to approve sites according to market needs maintain a good relationship with landlords; and set and oversee the budget.

Education, Experience & Certifications High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred Three to five years of progressive management experience required Three (3) years in multi-unit management preferred
