Job Title: Mill Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to work in our mill department. The primary duties include loading parts into the mill, maintaining mill processes, ensuring the machine produces high-quality products, operates smoothly at full capacity, and is properly maintained.

Responsibilities

• Load parts into the mill and maintain mill processes.

• Ensure the machine produces high-quality products, runs smoothly, and operates at full capacity.

• Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the machine.

• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

• Set up the machine to run with assistance.

• Engage in production, machine operation, and various tasks involving CNC, press brake, lathe, CNC machine, calipers, punch press, and press machine operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in troubleshooting and repair.

• Proficiency in preventive maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

• Experience in setting up and operating mills and other machinery.

• Mechanical inclination and experience in automotive repair.

• Familiarity with production and machine operation.

• Knowledge of CNC, press brake, lathe, CNC machine, calipers, punch press, and press machine operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Steel experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
