Job Summary
Purpose The registered Nurse will assume responsibility and accountability for the assigned residents. Registered Nurses provide profession nursing care to these residents incorporating the nursing process, the environment, technical equipment and health care member’s .They also provide care to residents including adults and geriatric
Essential Key Job Responsibilities -
Utilize nursing process which includes patient assessments, nursing diagnosis, planning of nursing care, implementing interventions and evaluation of patient status in relationship to the above.
Executes regimen prescribed by the physician within guidelines of nursing practice.
- Performs and/or supervises activities/functions which require knowledge and skill level currently ascribed o the Registered Nurse and seeks assistance when these are beyond scope of preparation. Provides leadership and direction in the supervision of others carrying out the nursing process
