Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Pay Rate:

• First Shift: $16.33/hour (6:40 AM - 3:00 PM)

• Third Shift: $17.08/hour (10:40 PM - 7:00 AM)

Job Summary:

As a General Production Associate, you will support the production process by operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This entry-level position requires adherence to safety standards, attention to detail, and reliability across various shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

2. Operate assigned machinery or equipment according to operational standards and supervisor instructions.

3. Material Handling:

4. Load and unload raw materials or finished products as required.

5. Safely operate material-handling equipment.

6. Safety Compliance:

7. Follow all safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

8. Ensure machine guards and safety features are functioning.

9. Quality Control:

10. Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

11. Housekeeping:

12. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.

13. Task Execution:

14. Perform operations as directed by the supervisor.

Technical Requirements:

• Physical Ability:

• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

• Perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, bending, squatting, pulling, pushing, twisting, and reaching.

• Occasionally climb or balance.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Entry-level position; no prior manufacturing production experience is necessary.

• Must pass a pre-placement background check.

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.
