Insight Global Physical Therapist Assistant in Centennial, Colorado

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant for a client here in Denver! As a Physical Therapist Assistant you will:

Provide care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring strengthening, modalities, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and training in activities in daily living under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Utilize rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.

Participate in professional responsibilities, including documentation, program development, teaching, and enhancement of clinical skills.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law $21.89 - $37.19 / hour

Skills and Requirements

Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit, preferred

Ability to perform basic treatments of orthopedic, neurological and medical patients

Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred

Associates Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant licensure

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association

Physical Requirements: Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) null
