Description

• Making anywhere from 40-70 calls a day off warm leads (3-5K people to call on)

• Calling off a list of files of prospective customers from roughly 5 years ago

• Outbound calls to former and prospective clients asking if they are happy with their current vendor or if they would be interested in signing back up

• If customer says no, document in system and set up reminder call

• If customer says yes, pass off to a Sales Rep

• Will have a list of bullet points for calls and voicemails

Qualifications

Must have:

• 2 years of office environment experience

• 1-2 years of call center related experience

• Strong phone presence

• Comfortable placing outbound calls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
