Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician (Install)

Pay: $30-35/hr to start DOE PLUS Bonus opportunities!

Express Employment Centennial/Castle Rock is hiring for a Lead HVAC Installation Technician with a locally owned and operated HVAC company in Centennial, CO! This position is responsible for the installation of new HVAC units in homes while communicating with internal staff and customers on a regular basis to ensure the proper equipment and supplies are on-hand while troubleshooting HVAC equipment and solving mechanical issues.

Job/Highlights:

Review daily/weekly work orders and schedule Work with suppliers and internal team to ensure proper equipment/material is on-hand for smooth installation Independent work environment throughout the Denver/Metro areas Work as part of a team or individually for HVAC and/or plumbing install Follow directions from Foreman regarding project requirements and deadlines Inspect equipment and troubleshoot potential issues using systematic processes of elimination Work in timely manner Maintain excellent customer service at all times Safely lift up to 50-100 lbs

What We Look For:

Advanced HVAC installation experience with the ability to troubleshoot various brands of equipment Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills Excellent time management skills The ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings Strong written and verbal communication EPA certification required and HVAC certification or equivalent
