If this describes you, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Engineer-In-Training in Denver, CO where you will gain meaningful experience in roadway design for local roadways, arterials, and highways for local, state, national, and international clients. What You Will Be Doing: Collaborate with and learn from experienced Professional Engineers and be mentored by industry leaders in transportation. Support experienced engineers on transportation projects, including plan development for a comprehensive range of transportation design projects, including horizontal and vertical geometry, cross sections, earthwork modeling, 3D roadway modeling, quantities calculations, construction specifications, and utility coordination. Enjoy a diverse client base enabling you to follow your passion in engineering. Have the opportunity for cross-training with other transportation disciplines including: traffic engineering, roadway drainage, transportation structures, and construction management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program. Engineering-In-Training (EIT) registration. 0-2 years of civil engineering experience. Experience with Civil 3D or similar AutoCAD design software. Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate. Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs. Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm. Capacity to learn virtual collaboration tools such as ProjectWise. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer (ORD). Prior relatable internship/co-op experience. Base Compensation: $67,000 - $90,000 Stanley Consultants is committed to maintaining transparency in our hiring process, including providing information about compensation. The starting salary for the successful candidate in this position is competitive and will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experience, geographic location, internal equity, company policy and practices. Stanley's Approach to Flexibility While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home.
