Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of a Customer Service Representative to join a vehicle freight/logistics company in Parker, CO! The ideal candidate will support dispatch while providing exceptional customer service and resolution to Drivers, Sub-Haulers, Clients, Customers and Business Partners.

Job Highlights:

Taking 20-50 phone calls throughout the day Tracking deliveries Update customers on status and assist dispatch team Order entry Assist with compliance audits Process sub-hauler invoices Process vehicles that transport to/from the headquarters, noting and submitting damage reports Check in/out vehicle deliveries and releases w/ customers and - walk through inspections in parking lot

What we look for:

1+ year experience in a Customer Service environment Accurate data entry and attention to detail Strong communication skills, written and verbal The ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of MS Office (Teams & Excel, primarily)
