Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries accurately and efficiently. This position is based in Centennial, Colorado, 80111, United States and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily reconciliation of transactions

• Efficiently process checks and ensure accurate data entry

• Handle complex reconciliations and discrepancies

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions

• Ensure the accurate processing of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Use IBM AS/400, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and Viewpoint Vista software in managing accounts

• Maintain precise customer credit records. Requirements • Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role or similar position.

• Proficiency in utilizing Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is required.

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is necessary.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a must.

• Demonstrated understanding of various Accounting Functions.

• Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Experience in Check Processing is highly desirable.

• Strong Data Entry skills are crucial.

• Ability to identify and resolve Discrepancies effectively.

• Experience with Viewpoint Vista is a plus.

• Ability to perform Daily Reconciliation tasks efficiently.
