Daily testing of all water test points and full documentation per SOP. Maintain system health of microbes and water additives as needed. Maintain all pipes, tanks, pumps and other equipment. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise to ensure proper operation of the wastewater system. Maintenance and operation of lift station, underground tanks, pipes, pumps, controls and structures. Document chemical test results by importing into Excel spreadsheet. Must create and modify spreadsheet, and to use data to trend data points. Ensure the testing station being kept in good condition and calibrated. Water softeners Perform daily tests to check for hardness and document. Track performance and determine maintenance needs. Diagnose issues and correct and know when to contact outside service. Ammonia and Glycol system Must do daily checks and documentation. Identify and correct operational issues such as maintaining temperatures in the plant, unusual operation, or noises, etc. Start and stop equipment and isolate as needed. Must work with contractors and inspectors as needed, or as the point of contact to oversee any work done. Boilers Identify parts and components of the system and understand aspects of certification dates and inspection intervals. Maintain steam system across the plant including pipes, valves, Strahman stations, COP tanks, HTST, etc. This section also includes maintenance and daily testing of the boiler water supply which encompasses the RO system and chemical pumps.
