Blow Mold Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate blow mold machines efficiently and safely

• Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments on machines

• Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards

• Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

• Conduct machine changeovers as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of machine operating experience

• Proficiency in operating and filling machines

• Experience in a high-volume production line

• Familiarity with GMP standards

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Comfortable standing for long periods of time and working in a colder environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in dairy processing or GMP environment

• Open to working 1st or 2nd shift (Rotating 12-hour shifts)

• Willing to work 10-20 hours of overtime

Why Work Here?

This opportunity offers a $1 pay bump after 90 days of contract work. It also includes promotion from within, reimbursement for all PPE, and has path for Union growth with potential earnings of $27-$29.50/hr within 2 years.

Work Environment

Shifts are scheduled for 4 days on and 3 days off, with employees standing for long periods and occasionally working in wet conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42/hr.
