Community Health Systems Financial Counselor (FT) in CEDAR PARK, Texas
Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced, fulltime Financial Counselor.
Responsibilities
Works with health insurance providers to determine coverage and benefit limits.
Advises patients of procedure costs and alternative sources of funding.
May arrange for referrals or second opinions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
