We're supporting a company in Cedar Knolls, NJ, seeking Customer Service Reps! Pay starts at $18/hr ($18.50 for English/Spanish). Help the public access vital services, provide guidance, and screen for assistance programs. Flexible shifts available— today and make an impact!

shift: Second

work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries from the public regarding various social services

• Provide direction and guidance on the process for accessing financial assistance programs

• Assess callers needs ad screen for services and programs according to protocols

• Collect information and enter into call management systems

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for call handling service delivery
