Description Join an exciting team in the Water field as a Billing Clerk through Robert Half, and utilize your talents for organization and accuracy. Based in the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey area, this is a long-term contract / temporary to hire Billing Clerk opportunity with a company in the Water industry. In this Billing Clerk position, you will analyze bills and compile data into spreadsheets and accounting software. Are you a hard-worker looking to develop your career? Major responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered

• Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency

• Form financial controls and procedures

• Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary Requirements - Prior experience working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

• Proven knowledge of Resolve Customer Complaints

• Purchasing Management experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Comprehensive knowledge of billing

• Strong familiarity with customer service

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience

• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Excellent data entry skills
