LABORER. - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SITE CLEANUP: cleaning and preparing construction sites by digging trenches utilizing shovels, rakes and wheelbarrows; loading and unloading construction materials and supplies from trucks utilizing dollies, carts or other material handling tools, ensuring materials and supplies are properly stored and organized; carrying materials, tools and equipment utilizing handling equipment, such as dollies and carts; cleaning and maintaining jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring waste materials and debris are properly disposed of and construction materials or equipment are properly stored. - ASSISTING WITH SKILLED CARPENTER AND FINISH WORKERS: assisting skilled carpenter and finish workers in assembly and installation tasks, operating basic hand tools, such as drills and saws, following safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the work day. - WAREHOUSE WORK: receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials with pallet jacks and dollies; maintaining an inventory log. - LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE: mowing, trimming, and weeding landscape areas utilizing lawnmowers, trimmers, and pruners for landscaping; planting, cultivating, and watering plants with irrigation equipment (hoses, sprinklers) and gardening tools (shovels, garden hoes).
