Position Summary

The SUU Aviation Outreach Coordinator is responsible for contacting and maintaining communications with recruited prospective students. They will be expected to provide guidance throughout the admissions process and assist and support Aviation outreach efforts. They will also supervise a team of student employees and maintain concurrent enrollment and international student inquiries.

Essential Functions

• Assist in oversite and lead assignment of student outreach team.

• Oversee student outreach team and outreach schedule.

• Responsible for Hangar Tour set up and assignments.

• Conduct group presentations and campus tours.

• Provide follow-up correspondence & individual counseling to prospective students about the aviation program and admissions process.

Education & Experience

Minimum:

• Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

• Superior time management and ability to complete assigned tasks.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Two or more years experience in customer service.

• Requires an associate degree and 2-4 years related experience.

Preferred:

• Call Center experience.
