Job Title: Header Welder - Night Shift

Job Description: We are seeking skilled TIG Welders for the night shift (6:00pm to 6:00am, Monday to Friday, with mandatory Saturdays) to join our team. Experience with TIG welding and preferably header welding is required. Structural welding candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding with precision.

• Pass a 2G TIG Root Flux Core Fill & Cap test.

• Read and interpret blueprints.

• Maintain less than a 5% X-Ray repair rate and fix X-Ray and UT repairs.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in TIG welding.

• Experience with header welding (preferred).

• Ability to read blueprints.

• Self-motivated and productive with minimal supervision.

• Team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Punctual and dependable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
