Job Description: Sr. Accountant (Temporary | 100% Onsite | Catoosa, Oklahoma)

Are you a skilled accountant ready to make an immediate impact? We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Catoosa, Oklahoma on a temporary, 100% onsite basis. In this role, you will manage key accounting functions and contribute to maintaining accurate financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations with precision, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions.

• Utilize SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for various accounting tasks.

• Execute journal entries during the month-end close process.

• Apply auditing expertise to review, validate, and ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Maintain and update the general ledger to accurately record transactions.

• Monitor customer accounts and manage credit records effectively.

• Process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation is crucial for this role.

• The ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation is required.

• Experience with bank reconciliations is necessary.

• The candidate should be well-versed with the general ledger.

• The ability to record and manage journal entries is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for managing and analyzing data.

• Experience with month-end close procedures is essential.

• Familiarity with NetSuite software is a plus.

• Knowledge of Oracle financial software is beneficial for this role.

• Experience with SAP software will be advantageous.
