Weekend Assembly Lead

Job Description

  • Conduct daily safety meetings to enhance safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety policies and rules,

  • Shop knowledge of structure, assembly methods, and procedures to manage and control manpower, ensuring adequate capacity to meet delivery schedules.

  • Interpreting drawings/blueprints

  • Instructing team members according to standard work instructions and industrial standards (ISO9000, API661, etc.)

  • Train or assist in training other employees in assembly processes, provide supervision, manage multiple projects, track job hours, and ensure sufficient manpower.

Pay: $22 - $33

Shifts Available: (12 Hour Weekend Shifts)

Friday to Sunday, 5 AM to 5:30 PM.

OR

Friday to Sunday, 5 PM to 5:30 AM.
