• Answer phones, trouble tickets and give technical information to users.
• Able to take support calls for clients and fix data issues using the in-house tools or move the ticket to second tier
• Track the support ticket database and make sure clients are happy and tickets are resolved.
• Make once a month call to all clients and get feedback
• Maintain database of suggestions from feedback and release schedules for the suggestions.
• Improve user experience
