Help Apple Pay & Wallet deliver amazing new commerce experiences for Apple customers around the world. Apple Pay is a leading digital wallet for iOS customers in over 80 markets and growing rapidly, including e-commerce, transit, loyalty, and other product areas. This role will be working within our partner operations organization to understand, develop and improve our operational processes and capabilities to support our partners, and measure our impact on the experience. In this role you will help us define our future vision, build operational capabilities, and enable partner support. We’re looking for a wallet & payments platform ecosystem expert, who understands Business to Business (B2B) partner integrations, on-boarding and support lifecycle. This person will be responsible for partnering with external and internal teams to understand pain-points and improve supporting processes to resolve them in a timely and scalable manner. You should have significant experience in digital payments, eCommerce Merchants, Payments services providers or Networks. It is critical that you develop a strong working relationship with each of your partners. You should be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and is comfortable working in a global, matrix, fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of internal groups as well as with external partners, to improve the quality of our services and efficiency and scalability of our operations.

Description

Responsible for preparing the organization for change - partner sign-off, process definition, procedure creation, change delivery Perform business process and data analysis and impact assessments Design and Document process workflows, use cases, business requirements and automation opportunities Lead Change Management, standardization and provide recommendations that may not be exactly what the business asks for but results in a better scalable solution Maintain global perspective - seeing beyond current issues in order to understand downstream impacts of decisions and directions Passion and curiosity for defining how we support our external partners in the easiest way possible Strong project/program management background: set the priorities, track and share status with leadership, identify and resolve blockers Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, technical projects on-time with consistently successful results while working across departments and time zones Engage with colleagues across cross-functional teams to identify integration points and dependencies, and developing high level solution proposals for these integrations Understand the use cases and operational processes for new features to distill those into what people, process and platform changes are needed to support them Define and implement performance measurement frameworks for continuous improvement initiatives Develop and drive improvements across internal and external partners to create best-in-class operational experiences through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach Willing to take action and a drive to test and learn; move fast while ensuring quality

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience with payments platform ecosystem and/or mobile wallet program management

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in the financial services industry and/or payments ecosystem platforms

  • Experienced in Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Model and Notation

  • Experienced in developing technology based payments products, including launching and scaling partner support operations globally.

  • Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics to senior leaders and partners

  • Solid ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrixed, global organization

  • Bachelors in Business, Operations, Engineering or a related field required.
