About the Job

Here at Brightly, we are looking for someone who can take on the role of People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner Director. An effective Business Partner Director will be responsible for leading culture change initiatives, establish key change management strategies for business-related events impacting employees, and oversee the successful implementation and communication of corporate policies, processes, and initiatives related to People, and organizational and employee development. The P&O Business Partner Director role at Brightly will also focus on succession planning, talent review, and organizational development alongside our Business Leaders.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and consultant to the business to develop HR strategies, needs assessments, and resulting HR solutions.

  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key P&O partners in the corporate office to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs, including relationship management, leadership, HR roles & responsibilities.

  • Responsible for managing business needs of multiple senior leadership teams - know the Business.

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of solutions through organizational development, cultural, and process-oriented perspectives in partnership with Corporate P&O.

  • Oversee departmental Talent Review & Succession planning efforts through 9-block and other related tools and processes.

  • Partner with the Learning Solutions team to roll out development plans and high potential programs.

  • Bridge the gap between P&O COE’s and the business to ensure people programs are adopted and effective.

  • Champion an environment of belonging and inclusion looking at all people programs and practices through a balanced and equitable lens.

What you need

  • BA/BS or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant, comparable HR experience.

  • 10+ years’ progressive experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws.

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders on strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to use data-driven business information (analytics), to extract insight from analysis and translate the impact of HR solutions.

  • Exceptionally strong consulting, coaching, communication, management, and employee engagement abilities.

The pay range for this position is $125,090 - $214,440 and the annual incentive target is 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

What makes you a Standout

  • HR certification, PHR, SPHR, and/or GPHR.

  • Experience as a BP in a Software organization

  • Change management experience

  • Experience in a leadership role within HR.

  • Proven track record of strategic HR implementation and influence at the executive level.
