Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC systems, project management, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closeout documents.

• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a focus on commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance.

• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

• Experience in estimating is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
