A Typical Day
The FVP Product Manager provides ongoing business analysis support to maintain and enhance all applicable applications as a result of the deployment of the new platform. As the FVP Product Manager , you will work in collaboration with multiple work teams throughout the organization to ensure project analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of technology deliverables are well coordinated and fulfilled in accordance with project owner expectations and quality standards.
The FVP Product Manager will :
Design and execute methodology for business requirement sessions and gathering documentation
Work in alignment with IT to ensure data mapping from core systems to back end systems is consistent with standards required for internal and external data use
Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
Maintain business analysis and project documentation
Establish standards for communication of business requirements to vendors
Develop and manage reporting on KPI’s, key drivers and metrics aligned to the deployment of the technology platform for upper management
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of relevant work experience
Mortgage industry experience required
Strong understanding of the key financial and business drivers within mortgage banking
Strong project management skills

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$110,000 - $170,000
