OVERVIEW :
The Data & Analytics Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the delivery of cross-functional projects using advanced data science and analytics techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Data & Analytics Delivery Lead will work with IT leaders to develop the right data and analytical solution in business domains such as finance, sales, service delivery and supply chain
Ideally this individual will reside in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, but remote employees will be considered as well.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead the development of advanced analytics, AI and data science projects
Lead the design of data models, reporting, automation, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions
Support the development teams in implementing complex data & analytical solutions
Act as a liaison between business leaders and Project teams
Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial, and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSETS :
Data & Analytics experience in a lead capacity helping organizations adopt a data and analytics-based decision-making process
Working knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, MDM, Data Integration, Cloud Data Platforms, Reporting and Analytics, and Data Visualization and Storytelling
Experience with AI, Data & Analytics tools such as Open AI, Reltio, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Tableau
Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services
Experience with IT transformation
AI Machine Learning Experience: using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business
Experience in working across end-to-end development, technology, or consulting projects (strategy, discovery, design, development, and deployment)
The ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with minimal supervision
