Job Title: Medical Kit Assembler - $23.45
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Kit Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling medical kits on the line in a fast-paced and repetitive work environment. You will also be involved in the final packaging of materials and stacking boxes onto pallets, with occasional lifting of up to 20-40 pounds.
Responsibilities
Assemble medical kits on the production line
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets
Handle the final packaging of materials
Stack boxes onto pallets
Lift and move materials weighing up to 20-40 pounds
Essential Skills
Experience in production support, assembly line, and machine operating
Proficiency in packing, production, cleanroom operations, inspection, and picking
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
Hand dexterity
Ability to multi-task
Works well with a team
Comfortable receiving feedback

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art facility that requires specific dress codes including hair nets, beard nets, and nitrile gloves. Depending on the area, you may be required to gown up. The facility includes a basketball court, gym/fitness room, and a modernized cafeteria to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable work experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.45 - $23.45/hr.
