What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management related to residential living including dormitory management, safety/security & transportation in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department.

2. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.

3. Establish, implement, and supervise control procedures to maximize safety & security, residential living, and recreation.

4. Inspect dormitories weekly; maintain required quality standards, and coordinate with facility maintenance to resolve facility issues.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience, two (2) years of supervisor experience preferred. Direct experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
