What You-ll Do

Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing our marketing efforts worldwide? We are seeking a seasoned Senior Global Brand Manager to spearhead our marketing campaigns on a global scale. Our ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to propel product launches and elevate brand recognition. This role is pivotal in translating market insights into actionable campaigns that resonate with our diverse consumer base across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and business objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and partnerships to ensure cohesive campaign development, from inception to execution.

Market Insights and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable campaign plans.

  • Oversee campaign budgets and performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on insightful analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Product Integration & Messaging:

  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure messaging and campaigns are consistent with product positioning and key benefits.

  • Manage the creation of compelling campaign materials, working with creative teams to tailor the content for targeted demographics.

Global Localization & Agency Management:

  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to localize global campaigns effectively, ensuring relevance and resonance in diverse international markets.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to maximize brand exposure and extend campaign reach.

Innovation & Mentorship:

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and marketing innovations globally, infusing best practices into campaign strategies for sustained success.

  • Mentor and empower junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product innovation, brand management, or product development within the skincare or beauty industry.

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation initiatives from concept to launch.

  • Experience in both global (upstream marketing) and local (downstream marketing) teams.

  • Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with skincare formulations, ingredients, and industry trends.

  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor team members.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Experience in and/or a passion for skincare, with an intuitive understanding of prestige skincare users.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.

  • Ability to balance future thinking and creativity with a laser focus on details and timelines.

  • Strong understanding of retail, salon, and e-commerce distribution channels.

  • High-energy personality with strong initiative, adept at team building and strategic planning.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentational skills, with a knack for interpersonal interactions.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks strategically.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Expected base salary range of $120,000 to 135,000, exact base salary determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

  • Discretionary Bonus Plan: Eligibility for participation in the company's discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
