Job Summary

The Service Sales Assistant will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by assisting with various sales activities, including customer interactions, administrative tasks, and coordination of service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. A significant focus will be on administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth job transitions to service, and maintaining Salesforce accuracy.

Where is the work:

This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite).

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for service consultations and follow-ups.

  • Sales Administrative Tasks and Support:

  • Facilitate the transition of jobs from sales to service, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately transferred.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.

  • Track and update customer information in the CRM system.

  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.

  • Ensure Salesforce data is up-to-date and accurate, including customer details, sales activities, and service records.

  • Generate and distribute regular reports on sales and service performance metrics.

  • Coordination:

  • Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Assist in resolving any service-related issues or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year, plus overtime
