Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for helping people and ensuring customers have a seamless experience at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Speak with customers about vehicle needs and have friendly conversation.
• Manage customer records and accurately input data into our system.
• Provide information about vehicle sales, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
