Responsibilities

Direct Hire Oportunity : Taking resumes for residential, light commerical,and commerical. Must have at least 4+ years experience to be considered with a valid drivers license.

Must possess the right knowledge to provide HVAC service through the process of diagnosis and also repairing of HVAC Equipment and Systems. You will diagnose problems, explain these to customers in clear, non-technical terms, relay costs to customers, and also offer alternative solutions. You will order and collect parts once customer gives approval, and also communicate with Service Manager regarding challenges. Work closely with the Service Coordinator making the most effective use of your time to achieve maximum benefit from expense dollars.

• Performs timely and also quality HVAC System repairs

• Diagnoses and also recommends repairs of HVAC equipment/systems in the customer's facilities and gives the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair.

• Maintains the highest level of service standards and also communicates openly with Dispatcher and Service Manager to assist as needed with resolving customer issues.

• Maintains truck stock inventory and also ensures maintenance schedules are within the Company guidelines (i.e., keeping truck clean, oil changes), and also ensures tools and equipment are in safe operating condition.

• Complete knowledge of all tools, equipment and also materials used to perform services on Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units.
