visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily scheduling of ride reservations by the transportation reservationist and the daily scheduling of rides by the transportation scheduler in TripMaster scheduling software. Provide back up support as need ed for the reservationist and scheduler.

• Check to see what transportation changes have been requested overnight and update the daily transportation schedule.

• Answer the PLE drivers line.

• Attend quarterly Hamilton County Transportation meetings .

• Schedule drivers for each month and find replacement drivers as necessary.

• Work with marketing, community engagement, and the assistant director to recruit drivers .

• Keep a roster of all drivers and their contact information.

• Work with the assistant director to update the drivers manual and riders manual.

• Create and email the PLE Transportation Update to all drivers and tr ansportation department employees.

• Check and respond to the P LE driver s email account.

• Ensure each drivers license and FIRST AID/CPR/AED certification is current.

• Renew van license plates and disabled signs as needed. Ensure a current vehicle registration and insurance card are in each PLE van.

• Add drivers to auto insurance as directed by the s enior d river and/or a ssistant d irector.
